Allure was established by Karla in April 2008, when she saw the perfect opportunity to focus her passion for the beauty industry into her own business.  Kim joined Allure shortly after and in May 2010 joined Karla as her business partner.

Both women have years of experience behind them training, practicing and teaching within the beauty and hairdressing industries. Together they combine their skill, excitement and passion to offer the highest standards available.
